Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Because many of our products are made to order through print-on-demand partners, we may require photos to submit a claim on your behalf. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Change-of-mind returns
Items produced on demand or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons. These products are made specifically for each order and cannot be restocked.

For non-custom items that are eligible for return, requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Lost packages
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact us. We will help you file a carrier claim and explore replacement options.
