We ship orders from the United States and aim to process orders quickly and accurately.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Domestic shipping (United States)
Standard shipping is sent via USPS Ground Advantage. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
Print-on-demand items
Some products are produced through print-on-demand partners and ship separately from our in-house products. These items may have different processing times, typically 2–7 business days before shipment.
If your order contains multiple product types, they may arrive in separate packages.
International shipping
We currently ship in-house products only within the United States. When available, print-on-demand partners may offer international shipping for select items at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Lost or delayed packages
Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our direct control. If tracking shows unusual delays or a package appears lost, contact us and we will help investigate and file a claim when possible.
Incorrect addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
